Built around the way you work.
What you're watching

Working around your software? Tired of ServiceTitan? Need more than QuickBooks? Nimbus builds custom systems, websites and automation around your requirements. A short questionnaire starts the free quote; price and timeline follow review. The trade-worker scene is illustrative, not actual staff or a customer testimonial.

Built to fit.
Not built to get in your way.

From a custom business system to a computer that has stopped cooperating. Different jobs. Same person behind them.

Your business, your rules

A system that works
the way you do.

Custom software, a website worth sending people to, or the tool that finally retires the spreadsheet you dread. We start with your workflow—not a feature list someone else wrote.

  • Custom SaaS, CRM & FSM-style systems
  • Websites & online presence
  • Paper & Excel → useful tools
  • Software that talks to software

Not a department.
A person who builds.

When you contact Nimbus, you get me. I've spent years fixing computers for friends and family, and I built ReviewSmith.co ↗, a live software service, on my own.

I handle the software work and the repair work. You don't get passed between departments, and you don't need a technical vocabulary to explain what you need.

Ask me something else ↗
Can you build something around my existing workflow?
Yes. Tell me what you use now, what you keep doing by hand and what needs to work together. We'll scope the actual requirements before promising a replacement for an existing platform. A custom operations tool doesn't automatically replace every accounting feature.
Do you come to me?+
Yes — on-site across Duval, Clay, and Nassau counties. Most software, email, and website work happens remotely, which is faster and cheaper for you. If it has a power plug and a problem, I can be there.
What if you can't fix it?+
No agreed fix, no repair labor fee. Before any work starts, we agree on the problem, what counts as fixed, and the price — if I don't deliver that agreed fix, you don't pay repair labor. The fine print below the quote button spells out the rest, in plain English.
How fast can you get here?+
Texts get answered same day. On-site visits usually land within one to two business days. Genuine emergencies — the "I can't run payroll" kind — call, and I'll tell you honestly how fast I can be.
What does it cost?+
The quote is free and comes first — you get a price range and a timeline before any work begins. No surprise invoices, no hourly meter running while you watch. If the job turns out bigger than quoted, we talk before I touch anything else.
Is my data safe?+
Your data stays on your devices unless we agree otherwise. Nothing gets sold, shared, or "backed up" somewhere you didn't approve. If a job involves sensitive records, I'll tell you exactly what I'll see and what happens to it.
Do you work on Macs, phones, tablets?+
Yes — Windows, Mac, iPhones, Androids, networks, printers, POS systems. If it's tech and it's misbehaving, ask. If it's something I genuinely don't do, I'll say so and point you to someone honest who does.

Let's make it work.

Custom system, website, workflow or tech problem. Seven short steps. Your own words. A free quote before any work starts.

The repair promise, in plain English

Before repair work starts, we agree on the problem, what counts as fixed, and the price — you don't pay repair labor unless I deliver that fix. Parts and third-party charges are separate and need your approval first. If diagnosis needs a paid session, I quote it separately before starting; that fee covers diagnosis, not a guaranteed repair. Data recovery is never guaranteed, and any charge for an unsuccessful attempt needs your approval upfront. Report the same problem within 7 days of the completed repair and I'll recheck it and correct my repair work at no extra labor charge; new problems and additional parts aren't included.
